New Members

Welcome to the Haymarket Gainesville Business Association (HGBA)! We are delighted that you have joined us and trust that the benefits of membership will meet your expectations. We have added you to our website Directory, which can be found under the Our Members dropdown menu. Be sure to look yourself up to review your listing. If you wish to make any changes, click on the Member Portal while logged in, and choose Edit Profile. Our members strive to support one another, so it’s important that they can find you in the Directory.

Networking Meetings – As a member, you are entitled to attend an unlimited number of HGBA events at no extra charge, including 12 monthly HGBA networking meetings and quarterly joint events with local chambers. Our monthly networking meetings are held on the 3^rd Tues of each month, from 4-6pm, so mark your calendar! You are welcome to host or team up with another member to co-host a meeting. Our monthly meeting hosts are given the opportunity to showcase their business venue and/or businesses at the meeting. All attendees are given the opportunity to introduce themselves (name and business) to the group, and you can get additional recognition by providing a door prize valued at $20 or more.

Social Media – On Facebook, please Like our official “Haymarket Gainesville Business Association” page, https://www.facebook.com/HGBizA, to get information on upcoming HGBA meetings and member events and news. There is also a, HGBA Member Networking closed Facebook Group for members only, https://www.facebook.com/groups/HGBizA, where you can post to promote your business or seek out services of or partnerships with other members. It’s an opportunity to network between meetings.

Submit Your Events or News – If you have a special event or news about your business that you would like to share with HGBA members, go to the Member Portal at hgba.org to “Submit Your Event” or “Submit Your News”. After review, your event/news will be posted on the HGBA website and on the Haymarket Gainesville Business Association Facebook page.
